May i know why in certain malignancies, left supraclavicular lymph nodes are alwaz enlarged? why not right one?
malignancies like stomch cancer drain into the thoracic duct which ultimatlely drains into the left subclavian vein retrogade spread from the thoracic duct will thus involve left sided nodes
