70 yr old male with COPD has greensh sputum, antibiotic of choice:
1-amoxil(is this the answer?)
2-teichoplanin
3-cefotaxim
4-erythromycin

If there is no consolidation the answer is amoxycillin

If there was consolidation on the x-ray then the answe ir amoxycillin + macrolide
