Septrin is used almost only for treatment or prevention of PCP ( pneumocystis carinii pneumonia)

On the basis of that the answer would be ciprofloxacin

But as far as I am aware most use doxycyline for prostatitis

In acute prostatitis many drugs may be used - Co-trimoxazole , ciprofloxacin , norfloxacin etc
In chronic prostatitis it is usually doxyclyine , erythromycin
