This was the planned change after several exams
The statistics were being analysed and now implementation has occurred
What it means is that one has to pass each skill to achieve a pass
This means doing well in one skill is not going to compensate for doing badly in another

It makes it easier
The main thing is to stick to basics and practice techniques rather than reading a lot of theory
