You are the clinical research physician of a clinical trial and are recruiting healthy volunteers. You screened a volunteer this morning and receive a call from the central lab with a concern that this your patient should be in the A&E immediately. You did not took it seriously as you just remembered that this gentleman had no physical finding or complaints what so ever this morning. The Lab incharge mentioned that your patient's CK was 18,000 unit.

What should you do?

a) call the patient and ask him to come to see you immediately?

b) Call the embulance and ask them to take this gentlemen to A&E and get him admitted.

c) do nothing

d) follow this patient and repeat his CK in a week time

e) Take any relevant history.

What you think is the correct answer?
