Dear Komol,

you posted this question

why hypertension in SLE? a)anti-lo b)anti Ro? c)ds-DNA? d)immunocomplex? e)complement deficiency or anythingelse? can u pls answer me with explanation

The question is not very clear. Hypertension in SLE is related to kidney disease which may be glomerulonephritis or small renal vessel disease in anti-phopholipid syndrome.

In SLE glomerulonephritis the patients  are usually ds DNA positive and ds DNA may be eluted from kidney biopsies. Levels correlate with activity of lupus nephritis

Immune complexes containing anti-DNA are deposited in the kidneys in lupus nephritis

Hypocomplementamia is a marker of active renal disease in SLE

Anti Ro and Anti La  occur in associated Sjogren's syndrome. Hence these two options may be excluded.

This makes the question extremely difficult to answer. I would welcome further  thoughts and discussion
