This is an interesting question
Has it appeared in MRCP ?
Molluscum contagiosum is a viral infection of the skin whereas Kaposi's is a tumour arising from endothelial cells and occurs in deeper tissue
Hence the most likely one to heal with a scar would be Kaposi's
I will ask colleagues at work as well and see whether anyone has had experience in this and get back it there is any other opinion
